Our Mission

Who We Are

We are young professionals committed to transforming research into action, not letting it gather dust on shelves, but using it to ignite dialogue, shape policy, and fuel social movements. Multidisciplinary by design, we bring together individuals from diverse fields, communities, and identities to take on the most pressing challenges of our time.

We are not here just to critique what is. We are here to build what could be. We believe in a future where public investment serves people, not the machinery of war. And we know that real change doesn’t happen solely in institutions or policy rooms, but in the power of grassroots action, community dialogue, and sustained, collective care.

We seek fellows who are curious, courageous, and committed to something greater than themselves: a world where peace is not merely the absence of conflict, but the presence of justice. Together, we are cultivating a new generation of peacebuilders, rooted in equity, shaped by lived experience, and ready to lead transformative change.

What We Do

We are building a fellowship program that creates space for growth, collective learning, and practicing the future we want to live in. This is more than a fellowship. It’s an incubator for vision, action, and community-rooted solutions.

Through mentorship, interdisciplinary collaboration, and hands-on engagement, we support our fellows as they explore complex, interconnected issues, from militarization and border violence to climate injustice and economic inequality. Whether fellows are researching, organizing, or engaging in policy advocacy, they are united by a shared goal: to redirect resources toward what truly helps communities thrive.

We reimagine how change happens by grounding knowledge in lived experience, centering justice in every step, and equipping leaders to build a more peaceful, equitable world.
